Will fit cats or X-small (6-9 inch frombase of neck to base of tail) dog. Examples of dog breeds: Bichon Frise, Maltese, Mini Pinscher, Papillon, Brussels Griffon, Tea Cup Poodle, Shih Tzu, Yorkshire Terrier
